Down to Three Finalists
With a $10,000 grand prize presented by MasterCard at stake, three finalists have been named for the CO-OP THINK Prize 13. CU Water Cooler had previously reported the competition details to you back in September.
Three credit union employees decided to go for it. Here they are:

Robert Baron
Director of Marketing
Technicolor Federal
Credit Union
Burbank, Calif.
Idea: “Virtual Teller System."

Andree Kirk
Online Services Administrator
San Francisco Federal
Credit Union
San Francisco, Calif.
Idea: “Shared Member Application Platform.”

Deborah Larson
Branch Manager
Dakota Plains Credit Union
Enderlin, N.D.
Idea: “Switch Kit App.”
The
three finalists were selected by judges from CO-OP Financial Services and
Filene Research Institute. The winner of the CO-OP THINK Prize 13 will be
announced on May 2 at the THINK 13 Conference, being held at the Swissotel in
Chicago, Ill., April 29-May 2.
Rather than waiting for CO-OP to tell you who won, why not attend the entire event? Registration is $679 and you can get yourself set up immediately at www.co-opthink.org. The event is once again attracting world-class speakers, including Newark, N.J., Mayor (and prospective U.S. Senate candidate) Cory A. Booker. In fact, info on all the conference speakers is available here.
The CO-OP THINK Prize 13 winner will be based on scoring by the CO-OP Financial Services and Filene Research Institute judges; online voting by credit union employees at www.co-opthink.org open March 26-April 19, and on-site voting by registered THINK 13 Conference attendees.
To be a part of it all, register for the THINK 13 Conference by visiting http://co-opthink.org.
